i'm seriously contemplating signing up for a visual arts course at TAFE, and for that i need to submit a folio.

Blackburn Lake

i have, for a while now, wanted to do a series of portraits with my friends as the subjects. with the possibility of drawing them for a Christmas present... or something.
i rather like the first photo. the movement and focus. i like the second because of the angle its taken from.

Inky Pictures

a sketch i did Sunday, plus two older pictures that i inked.
sorry about the bad quality, these are photos of them, not scans.
and yep, i know the chick in the sketch's arms are all wrong. thus why there's lots of mistakes and rubbing out around there.
and yay for writing with my left hand.

Buttons

Another one of my weird collections is buttons.
my mum used to collect buttons (though she actually used them for more than sticking on collages).
when i was a kid i used to sort through her collection.
It's still fun.
