my life. and i wanted to really praise God and thank Him...

Pour Out Rain - Morning Collage 5

so technically i didnt make this in the morning, but thats not the point.

its been freezing (literally) and raining all day. we have been praying for rain. i have been praying for rain. God answers prayer.

this was another prayer that came to my mind as i was laying on my bed resting after work.


the glue in the bottom button isnt dry. i got impatient again.

the page in the background is ezekiel 37-39. ripped out of my old bible. i crinkled it.
the circles are cut from "Whats on at NGV april - may 2006"

I was utterly tired this morning. i am always tired. 3 hour time difference, plus a wonderful inability to sleep in. oh, and my job exhausts me.

the flower paper is from Frankie (a really cool magazine) and the writing is a prayer by Michael Leunig.

the prayer is my own.

i decided that i wanted to spend my morning collage time focusing on God, or mostly anyway.

inspired by Keri Smith's morning collage idea. (from wish jar journal) i created this.

the envelope is very cool, and is from Soul Survivor.
yes, there is a leaf inside it.

the cut out leaf pattern thingy on the side is from Frankie. the other bits are just bits of material and paper.

the writing is semi my own, semi from Jesus in the bible.

My Blue Heart

dealing with things my own way.
i feel exhausted.

i cant smile.

i cant cry.

and i actually do look as sad and... tired as the girl in my picture.

its a tad over exposed. and im not sure why the picture turned out blue rather than grey led pencil colour. my scanners fault.

the armani card is a perfume card.
